Class Teacher for Year 4 

West Croft School is a maintained school and nursery in the beautiful town of Bideford.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team in the form of a Class Teacher to cover maternity leave.

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated class teacher to temporarily fill this vacancy, which has the capacity to be extended to cover an additional maternity leave later in the academic year.

We are willing to consider both full time and part time requests.

The successful candidate will work alongside the existing team to deliver outstanding teaching and learning opportunities for children, therefore it is imperative that the successful applicant is an excellent classroom practitioner with a deep knowledge of the curriculum.  

West Croft has been graded as ‘good’ in all areas by Ofsted, with the inspectors stating that ‘staff provide pupils with a rich variety of experiences which strengthen independence and build character’.
